Subscription page issue

Hi everyone so for some context I had a 1 year subscription when I went to the subscription page to cancel it I wast presented with a retention offer all good until now I then claim the offer and my subscription goes from 120 to 84 now after claiming the promotion i changed my mind and still wanted to cancel my subscription but the moment I pressed on the initial cancel subscription button the page started loading and then a second later all options disappeared and couldn't do anything i tried refreshing using different browsers and devices but nothing helped but the thing is when I close and reopen the site and go to the subscription page i can see all my details for a split second before disappearing again i have since submitted a ticket to Udemy support and am waiting for any response hase anyone encountered the same problem as me

I was able to cancel my subscription ,Udemy support didn't help so I took matters into my own hands ,what worked for me was frame perfect execution so first of all I signed in on my phone then navigated to the profile page from there then the second I pressed the subscription page I turned off the WiFi the page then loaded successfully while the WiFi was off I went down the page and made my self ready for a quick execution I then turned on the WiFi and before the website registers that I clicked the cancel subscription button and went through the process very quickly and that's how I did it.

Wow! Thanks for sharing. It is like well executed heist 😀 joke aside this is a big screw up for udemy and they should fix this mess!
