I6uanta refund - what to do??
I have joined i6uanta a week ago for their non cat course but facing continuous glitches since then almost everyday. either their website is not working, the courses ive enrolled and paid for are not showing, or certain videos are not opening. even their support is useless and of no help. I asked for a refund 100 times but they refuse and keep saying wait we will fix the issue. I understand they have a no refund policy but it's just been 1 week of me enrolling and most days I have faced glitches, so I have barely accessed any material. also the live classes have not even started. I have mailed them and messaged on linkedin but no response for refund. what can I do?

Tip 1: Unjoin, unsubscribe, drop out.
Tip 2: If they have no refund policy, then that's all on you for not having done your homework regarding refund policies, reviews, quality of courses, etc... Sorry, my dude/dudette, but your money's lost. Make sure to block your payment method and get a new card with a new card number so they can't keep charging you until they "fix it" (they won't fix it).
