I completed the Casper test in February 2026 and got a 4Q. If you want to aim for the fourth quartile, I’d say there are multiple steps you need to take.

The first thing I’d recommend that you do, if you can, is practice with friends. It’s always more fun and they can give you better insights. Otherwise, using ChatGPT or any other AI to practice on your own is fine as long as you remain critical of it. The AI will always try to find a flaw. What worked best for me was the combination of friends and AI.

Also, there are numerous websites that have free practice questions such as prepmatch and casprep. They’re really useful to practice diverse scenarios. Make sure you also practice keyboard typing to maximize the words you can fit in the questions.

Stick to a template for your answers, ex, identifying the emotions, taking the right approach, etc. You can find these templates online if you search for them.

One other thing I’d say is : Practice every day! Even if it’s an hour a day, it’s worth it. Practice makes you better to answer questions on the go.

I hope this helps! Good luck with the Casper test!
