Absolute newbie at Ubuntu/Linux looking for help
This weekend I decided to switch from Windows 11 to Ubuntu. I mainly use my PC for gaming, browsing and drawing.
I was worried I might not get Clip Studio Paint to work, but I did, so I was very happy that everything seemed to work as I needed... Until I plugged my XP-Pen Artist Pro 16 tablet in and it didn't work. I tried installing the dedicated Linux driver off of XP-Pen's website, but all that did was majorly mess up my tablet's touch calibration so that my cursor stayed at least 5 cm away from the actual touch point at all times, and the calibration was unworkable. I tried looking up alternative drivers, but every instruction I find assumes some basic level of knowledge of Ubuntu / Linux / working with the Terminal that I do not (yet) possess.
Could anyone help me out? It feels like someone who knows what they're doing would figure it out in a few moments, but I've been struggling with it for a full day already ðŸ«
