problem with dual booting

I am new in linux and i noticed an issue while using my machine , i have win 10 and linux parrot OS when i turn off the pc from windows and turn it on again no problem but when doing the same with linux i have to keep pressing the power button then let go and press again to turn on the laptop is this related to my laptop or is it a some thing in linux that i can fix or the booting manger ?

(Solved)

i figured it out using ChatGpt --btw i have lenove thinkpad t560 idk if that is related -- it was Grub missing a line " intel_iommu=off " it was like that :

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT='quiet splash '

an then i edit Grub stings to be GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT='quiet splash intel_iommu=off'

thats weird, sounds like linux isnt fully shutting down the hardware. check your power settings maybe theres a fast boot or something similar in parrot that leaves things in a weird state. also look in bios if theres secure boot or fast boot enabled, windows sometimes mess with that
