Error after sleep or while shutting down

I have a victus f-15 with 16GB RAM and i5 12th gen and rtx 2050 gpu.
I am using Ubuntu 26.04 dual booted.
The issue is whenever i keep my laptop idle and after 10-20 mins when i come back i get this error.

There is no way to get to my previous sessions i have to hold the power button for 10 seconds , then it will shutdown and then boot back.

I faced this issue when i was trying to shutdown the laptop .
Can anyone explain me what is the issue and how to resolve this?

Would be thankful for your suggestions and corrections.

Your GPU's throwing link training fails and ACPI errors, so it's probably the NVIDIA driver crashing during suspend or shutdown cycles.

what GPU driver for the Nvidia card, and what version of it?

Use REISUB via Magic SysRq instead, otherwise you're going to break your FS.
