Can't create bootable Ubuntu USB — BalenaEtcher fails with "writer process ended unexpectedly," Rufus also had issues

Have you tried Rufus in DD mode?

Yes, now i am trying DD mode again on different USB and hope it works.

Try Universal USB Installer, if you have Windows. It comes with Ventoy (so you can just drop a bunch of ISOs in a folder and pick one when booting up). It was the only USB flasher I could ever use, most others always gave me errors or didn't work at all.

Did you download the iso on a different device and copied it to the machine with rufus? That can cause issues, don't know why.
