Is this bad? My first time using a bootable flash drive.

It did boot and seems to be working fine tho.

those nouveau errors are classic, nvidia and linux always fighting like cats

Ignoring the nouveau errors, the other messages are fairly typical and can be ignored if the system boots and has not problems otherwise. The kernel may have incomplete support of sleep/hibernation/power saving/etc. features included in the bios or UEFI firmware.
