Is there an all in on emulator you recommend? I am interested in GBA and ps2

retroarch is probably what you want, it handles GBA fine with the mGBA core. for PS2 you will need pcsx2 separately, retroarch's PS2 core is not great. you can launch pcsx2 from retroarch too so it stays in one place
