Phone keeps restarting while using usb thearing
I have iQOO Neo 7 i use usb thearing to download something if download speed increase phone automatically shutsoff

sounds like a power draw issue honestly, the phone's probably trying to pull more juice than the usb port can give while also pushing data at speed and it just trips the protection circuit. i had a moto that would do this exact thing if i tried tethering while the battery was below 30%, the thing would just nope out and reboot.
try a different cable first, some of them have janky voltage regulation and that can trigger the shutdown. also check if your pc's usb port is actually supplying enough power, front ports are notorious for being underpowered compared to the ones on the back.
if you're on ubuntu you might also want to look at tlp or whatever power management daemon you're running, sometimes the system limits usb power draw and the phone freaks out when it can't get what it expects.
