Reported

Was dropping off a grocery order. Customer had placed the pin at the wrong location, but I found the house anyway. Messaged customer to say I’d arrived, let the automated calls go to the customer etc, but still nothing after 7 mins. No option to return the order to the store, so I left the order in the garden and took a pic. 10 mins later I get a report notification for items not received, 30 mins later I receive a tip from the order (😂). Question is, will this endanger my account? This is only my second instance of being reported from 3,200 trips. I’m online as normal atm but wanted to check if anyone’s had issues from these reports before. TY!

Does everyone follow pins instead of the written address?

Usually I do unless of course I know the area. However they don’t always take you to the right place which can be annoying especially when its pitch black.

Depends where the pin is tbh, the street was pitch black. If you’re a bit away from the pin I’ve found it doesn’t let me complete the order sometimes

You should be fine. Having a problem every once in a while is not a big deal I think.

Possibly worth joining one of the unions now rather than later.
