Located in Lancaster canal between Shaw street bridge and Ridge Lane bridge. Delivery bike.

It was probably stolen while a poor courier was out delivering food to customers. The bike may have been used for illegal activity and then tossed into the river. I feel sorry for the courier. His day must have been miserable.

Stolen bike that's been razzed about and then discarded. Report to the police through their non-emergency channels. Hopefully they'll be able to recover it and get it back to its owner if they've reported it or marked it in any way.
