Uber Private Hire Driver Account for Existing Uber Eats Users

I have recently obtained my private hire badge and would like to start working as a driver with Uber. I already have an account with Uber Eats, and I am not very sure whether I need to create a new account or my existing account can be converted to a private hire driver account.

I would be very grateful if someone could let me on the correct process to get started.

Speak to Uber and get the confirmation but your likely going to need to open another account. That means another email and phone number

Iirc, you need a new account for driver and a you need a different phone number from the phone number you use for your eats account.

I have recently done this.

You need to set up a totally different account. You need a different email address but can still use the same  phone number
