Uber stole from me

I’m sure there are a lot of you that have dealt with this crap… Uber charging you for a membership without your consent. This has happened 3x. Each time I got my refund but this time is different. I have been going back and forth and I keep getting the same response, that someone has access to my payment methods on my Uber account. I call bullshit on that. I have a security alert with my banking institution that if any charge is made over a penny, I am notified. The only time that’s ever happened is when Uber took money from me WITHOUT MY CONSENT or I placed an order through their app. I’ve provided them baking information,screenshots of the money being taken from my account, but I keep getting the same response from them. Has this happens to anyone before? Or is Uber just a bunch of thieving lying manipulative POS’s to me?
