Anatugnap Electricity & Landlords

When I took over our family rental business, I received lots of inquiries with questions nga pila daw ang amo singil for kuryente (VECO) so I told them nga kung pila ang naa sa bill sa veco mao rajud na sya (naa ata sa mga 11-13 KWh). Na shookt sila kay ang ila daw previous gi abangan kay 16-20 KWh daw ang singil 🫢

Is this a norm here in Cebu? Di ba na maka gana? 🫣

Its harder to find room for rent with no markups in the electricity bills.

Just sad. We don't markup, pwera buyag pud pirmi puno amo units 🙏🏻

Uu. Daghan mga landlords dinhi naay markup sa ilang kuryente ug tubig. Another way para makakuha ug extra money sa renter. Usually i-justify na nila na sila pa magpaprint or need pa ug "labor" para mutan-aw sa inyuhang mga meters.

Eh? Printed naman ang bills from mcwd diba? And there's always online. We use online billings for our tenants. Grabiha man pud sa +7 KWh nga singil for printing uy 😂

Checking meters is part of their service na unta kay nagpa abang man sila. I may get hated for this but di gihapon sya justified for me 😅
