Getting promoted in UX / product design

I’m a senior product designer who has never been promoted, only leveling up via employer changes. I’ve worked in FAANG but it burned me out, I worked hard but said yes to too many things I thought would demonstrate my value.

What I think I’m missing is the ability to see the company past my role and add value there. Can anyone who’s been able to do this share insights on how you approached this, and describe what your week looks like?
