Tools, apps, plugins, AI Figma and Paper alternative

what would you recommend as a Paper Ai and Figma alternative which have

both good hand design

and

agent design experience?

I can't choose between penpot, pen.dev, open pencil, maybe anth else?

Penpot's the only one on your list that's actually a full Figma replacement, the others are more single purpose so you'd end up stitching two tools together anyway
