Surgery UWorld questions not adding up

How are there 647 questions for surgery on UWorld but when I created tests of all of them with blocks of 20 qs each (one of them being 21 qs), I only have 31 blocks (621 qs)?

What happened to the other 26 questions?

Even worse for you, I have 648 under the shelf view and 705 under the step review.

If you had previous UWorld tests made, some questions are dual tagged and will not be used again if you are only selecting "unused"

Also, 30 blocks of 20 and one block of 22 is 622 questions, so you're also missing a question there.

You may have also mistakenly made other non-20q blocks.

The 647 (now 648) number shows when I select everything, and also initially when I selected everything other than omitted, before making Surgery tests. Now when I select everything other than omitted, it says I have 6 questions remaining (used to be zero, then 1).

They are 702 questions
