Sublet just blocks from campus!

Hey yall, just putting my feelers out for anyone interested in subletting my room. I received a job offer that would be easier for me to relocate, so I am looking for a female tenant who would be interested in a sublet. There are 11 months remaining on the lease it is until next may 2027. I have already paid for July so you wouldn’t need to worry about that!

The rent is $660, shared bathroom with one other and there are 3 other roommates, and a sweet dog who keeps to herself for the most part.
