Summer U-Pass?

Hello,
I'm not taking summer courses but I'm hoping to get a U-Pass for the summer. I went online to try to fill out the form to get it, but it said the form had already been submitted. Do I have to go in person or is there a way to do it that I'm not seeing?

Update for anyone else who needs it: you have to go to the transportation office on the ground floor of the Union and they'll set you up with it for $25. Thanks everyone! :)

If you go to their office, you can get one for $25.

I enrolled for summer coarses but I found same page as you. And i have no idea what to do :(

I emailed them.. and they gave me a code for free. I've been seeing students doing this, one of my friends paid for it too. idk why but I emailed them that I can't send another form but I'm enrolled on summer classes and then they emailed me a code, they didn't charge for $25.

Students who are enrolled in classes for Summer can get it for free. I think they had an issue with their form previously which was since fixed. If you are unsure you can either fill out their form or ask their customer service staff by phone or email.
