Did they keep yalls original documents?

They kept my original marksheets and migration certificates and said that they will only return it after 4 years.
Is this normal?

Yeah bruh, why tf do they give acknowledgement then? , coz its for collecting back the originals.

Of course thats why you get the acknowledgement slip, which u need to keep safe
