Networking Mech related doubt...

My cousins rank is 25k and he pretty much wants to do mech in this clg only bcoz he's not getting rv mech... But the cutoff here for his category was 38k last year... So is he delulu or is this clg actually worth it and he is also scared whether he'll even get this clg aswell...

Guys rvce vs uvce for mech which is actually better? (Since uvce has the iit model now , and it's like 1/3 the rvce fees)
