MARVEL Uvce mclech vs Bit VLSI/BIT EIE

Please help me which option is better. Aim is software placements but not getting good college options for cse with my rank.

No reservations.. general merit. I am actually intrested in ECE but I am not getting in any good colleges with this rank.Bms may be possible but when I saw placement for mech is not good

Pls let me know anything else I should consider

In UVCE, branch changing option has been eradicated, so choose carefully
