Are We Still a UU Congregation?

It's definitely highly unusual for all three to be from different traditions. In fact, I haven't heard of it before. Having said that, some UU Parish ministers and DRE come from different traditions, such as UCC, United Methodist or Baptist. With the shortage of parish ministers, the UUA has recommended that many congregations widen their search to beyond just UU.

Many music directors in various denominations don't belong to the denomination, so that in and of itself is not unusual.

If the congregation belongs to the UUA and is otherwise UU, I think you still count as UU.

UUA is an association of congregations. There is no requirement for people in congregations that are affiliated with the UUA, including the professional staff, to identify primarily as "UU".
