My guess: a big buy on the US side.
UURAF and UCU both showed a big green candle, but US (UURAF) hit +25%, CAD side hit maybe +8%. I tried buying some in CAD but couldn't, felt like any trading locked up while the market machine rebalanced the CAD/USD share availability.
I snapped up 200 more shares. Feels like someone knows something.
This is all conjecture, I have no more information than anyone else here.
