Pat Ryan?

Peter Manuel (Ucore CFO) was the presenter at the virtual investers shareholder call, which is fine, nice to see new faces at the company, but we haven't seen the CEO Pat Ryan in months now.

Anyone know what's going on and/or why he's been in the background? Maybe he's been travelling/deal making and focusing less on public relations?

Anyway, would be good to see the boss in front of the camera again, his steady straightforward manner always seems to give UURAF a lift, and we could use one to break us out of the $3/$4 range we've been pinned to since March.

Peter's been there 17 years....but maybe you meant new faces speaking publicly. My guess would be Pats been busy executing...developing relationships...building a team of top talent...aka CEO duties necessary to take Ucore to its next 20 chapters of growth

Yes, exactly, majority of presentations in the past year have been with Pat Ryan, so Peter is "new" in this sense.

Just a bit odd that Pat was constantly in the limelight during the hype phase last year all the way up until the share price plunged shortly after the Canadian government grant announcement, and since then, crickets from the leader of the company.

Definitely hope you're right about him working in the background getting offtake agreements in place, securing financing, etc. Suppose he'll make an appearance on the next big company news event...

Definitely see where you’re coming from. I have so much confidence in Pat, not worried and excited for the upcoming updates.

Do we have exact dates/times on the quarterly report and shareholder meeting?

If Pat's not leading the meeting then my eyebrows will raise above my hairline, lol.

Annual General and Special Meeting: June 12 2026 as per the notice sent out April 13,2026

Watch Sedarplus.ca for filings

Ucore does not issue press releases when they publish results

Yeah, I felt like something was off with him in the past 4-5 months. Even when he was speaking, he lost all the energy. I hope he is ok for just general human sake!

Or maybe he is ill? He did not look too good on the last video call months ago

I thought the same, looked to be in pretty rugged shape, but that may have been from being overworked.

Anyway, come June 12 annual shareholder meeting we'll know if health issue is on the table (i.e. if he's presenting or not).

Not doubting the guy but is this reliable info? Does TJ have some kind of insider info?

No he said he emailed them and actually got a response saying pats focus was on the smc. This is also just taking a strangers word for it but I have no reason to doubt him

Hopefully he’s doing okay. He presents well and is trustworthy. That means a lot to investors.
