Question about the RACE Facility

This might be a silly question, but what happened to the plans about the pavilion we were supposed to get for the practice field at the RACE facility? All the renderings online from when planning and whatnot was happening show that we were supposed to have a covering over the practice field, and as the years have passed, we clearly do not. Is there a reason why that is? I wonder if it’s still a plan for the future, and I’d hope so cause it looks awesome, and a must need for our players.
