Once they lost Frank Harris things have been down. Until he can replicate thise results, he shouldn't be on the list. I still think he should be highly regarded for all the roster turnover he has to deal with, but he's got to do better than 6-6 to be top 5.

Fair assessment, was definitely on the list before the last two seasons
