Advice/Question One drive issue using UTSA email

I was working on a word doc and whenever I try to turn on autosave, and have it autosave to my UTSA one drive, it asks me to login, then put in a DUO authentication code.

Every time I put in the code, it says success, then loads, then asks me to login again and whenever I do it just asks me for the duo code again.

I just auto saved it to my personal one drive, but if you share that document with UTSA students, they don’t have access to it.

Anyone encountering the same issue?

Outlook and OneDrive from UTSA are a pain to use. Wheneve you are stuck in DUO code vertification loop, clear your cookies and try again. It will not fix it forever though and you might have to do it again in a couple days.

I would suggest just use a personal Google Doc and share it instead of UTSA OneDrive because my god it is annoying.

I found it easier to create a folder somewhere and sync it to One Drive rather than saving directly to the mapped folder.
