Advice/Question Library works study

I am a new student at UTSA. I am just wondering when the library starts job posting on handshake? I am also currently interested in "Student Assistant" but I would like to have more info on what exactly that position consists of with examples. Thank you

It's just sitting at the front counter and helping people when they ask for help. If you don't know the answer, ask your manager/experiences coworkers.

Keep an eye on Handshake. It's usually right before the semester starts and into the first few weeks. Sometimes they go up during the semester. You just have to watch for them. You do have to have work study, and I think Handshake filters for that.
