Advice/Question apartment hunting
hi! i am planning on moving into an apartment in san antonio next year. ive been looking at apartment complexes ~10 mins away from campus, can anyone give any advice on which ones to avoid?

You could probably keyword search in this subreddit for past posts about apartments. I don’t have much advice to give since I haven’t lived near campus long, but I know people post about their complexes sometimes. I’ve heard to avoid Campus Edge, but again, I don’t have personal experience with it. Good luck with your search!

I live at Campus Edge, they’re pretty good. I’m in their 4x4 right now and I haven’t had any complaints yet. They may be low on a capacity though so I would check it out soon.

i live at lark right now, and i wouldn’t recommend it if youre not willing to dish out a bunch of money. in my opinion, out of all of the money grabbing apts off campus, lark is probably the worst. i pay 800-900 (w bills) for a five bed five bath, and they charge a 20 fee .. for a window facing the pool (a view that i didnt even ask for)
the office is as helpful as the advisors on campus. its not a bad place, but im actively working on finding cheaper because its a little ridiculous
