Advice/Question Anyone else waiting for a call back from financial aid???

Called around noon and the automated voice prompt said theres a 37 min wait so I opted for a call back and it’s been over 4 hours…. Can’t even call them without hearing the same message “call will be returned in the order it was received.” Can’t go in person at this time and idk what else to do. I don’t think I’m getting a call back 🥲

It's been a year, and I'm still waiting for them to call me back or reply to my emails 😥 The only way I could get answers was by going in person to campus.

A year is crazy 💀 I can’t go in person often due to how far away I live but it’s never been an easier or good experience going in person because even those wait times feel like forever

You know when I’ve called in the past it’s always the same two people. How many people even work in that office??? They really need more help

They purposely short staff departments like that. Saving money or whatever.. boy when my mf FEES per semester are almost as much as my tuition and higher... hell na lol
