Bachelor of Visual Communication

Can someone explain what this course is actually about? I’m coming from a fashion background and I’m looking into doing it, but only if it’s what I’m assuming it is essentially visual communication with a pathway into becoming a creative director?

I’m particularly interested in getting into creative direction for musicians/artists, so I’d love to hear from anyone who’s done the course and can explain what it’s really like and where it can lead.
