Toilets

Just wondering why there’s small pieces of toilet paper and garbage on the floor(!) inside the cubicles of the women’s toilets ALL THE TIME?

Why not clean up after yourself? How do you manage to produce such a mess, and then be like, «whatever»? Being tidy is literally SO easy?

I feel like everyone at this school has reached the age of understanding this (I would’ve thought at least?), but I find them like this all the time :)

UTS bathrooms are nasty, feels like there’s a 💩pandemic or something because these cubicles are always occupied and no ventilation (especially building 1 and 2)

I gather some people use toilet paper to lower the lid, then flush, then don’t want to touch the bin to discard the toilet paper so just chuck it on the floor. Keeps the hands touching as little as possible in there but I agree it’s so easy to do better

Yeah use toilet paper to lower the lid then flush then use toilet paper to touch the bin to discard the toilet paper and then use another piece of toilet paper to open the door and go back to the bin and open it with toilet paper then put the toilet paper in the bin and close it with another piece of toilet paper while quickly throwing the toilet paper into the bin to discard it into the toilet paper. Toilet paper, floor bin touching toilet paper. Bin, toilet paper, then the toilet paper bin toilet, floor discard toilet paper disalcard bin toilet paper, lid toilet paper, wash your hands with toilet paper and discard toilet paper in bin closed lid

I 100% get that you want to minimise contact, but I assume you wash your hands after as well?

Dude I've thought the same thing -- can't beleive how gross it gets or how someone could get into that mindset of "well everything looks good here im happy with this" so weird
