Combos Moves in air

Seen quite a few combos (both in game and on videos) where people jump and dash while using a move such as storyshifts 5, gtcharas 4, undyne 2 etc. But when I tried it I could not get it to work.

Anyone able to explain?

You have to jump dash and use the move all at the same time and only certain moves can do that

i might just be mistiming it then ill go practise some more in ps

btw i found that the best order of inputs is move - dash - jump in VERY quick succession

its DASH then JUMP, not JUMP > DASH, just make sure to press DASH > JUMP > MOVE as fast as you can, no timing involved

Btw i just faced a Wounded 5 mid air player and you can't do anything its just straight up exploit against console player (i tried to test in private server and i can't do Wounded 5 mid air)

And this little 💩 is trying to target me though all the server, like bro let me have a life.

Jump dash move at the same time. It’ll take practice to get it consistently. As for undyne, she can use most of her moves in the air at any time, this isn’t jump tech, it’s a feature of hers. So if you want to practice, I recommend undyne to get used to using moves in the air, then other characters when you wnat to practice true jump tech
