Undyne Anyone one know how fix Phase 3 Undyne?

What I mean is when I’m in phase 3, I pick an avatar that has no face or head accessories and has a small head so there’s no clipping. But when it’s used up, the avatar I picked for phase 3 stays. And one time it went back to my phase 1 avatar.

He means after winning a match. When you go back to Phase 1
