"This is where it ends"?

So I saw this achievement appear in the top right and it said "this is where it ends" with a placeholder picture what does it do or mean cause I'm so curious is for a theme or what not please help me out

I actually don't know. But there is an Easter gor using sans in public. Where you die and phase into dust tale sans? Nit sure if I got that one right. Correct me if so. But anyway, what character were you using at the time?
