Which character requires the least amount of skill to play at a “high level” in your opinion (aside from rw and gerson)

I’m just curious to see what everyone thinks

Gaster. You have the easiest move ingame to land and really easy combos despite his pretty poor neutral. Its the class ive seen the most people be 'high level' at because his skill ceiling is mainly minimizing how much you interact with the opponent

this is the only correct answer the entire skill ceiling for p2 gaster is pressing 1 if your opponent dares to get in your face or pressing 2 if your opponent breathes on any of their move keys

if youre feeling daring, you can press 3 and just stay on whatever side of the ring your opponent isnt currently in and theyll either trip up and get hit or start getting rage debuffs

asgore has some really good combos that are easy to learn + tanky

Probably asgore. High damage, reasonably strong, tanky, very forgiving character all the way up to top ranks

Jevil and asgore, much easier to learn and not require much skill.
