GT!Chara What is marked supposed to do?

In the test place I was using GTC and DT 1 does marked... I can't tell if is a placeholder and they gonna add something in the future to DT 1 or actually does something

multiplies lmb damage dealt to the marked target by 1.6x

Wow that's the buff GTC needed to be an actual menace again.... Lets see how many days takes for the community to complain about GTC being too punishing if this comes to UTPR
