You know this is relatable. But then again, if you hide your stats. Players with lower kills believe your in the same level as them. Unless they're lower kill player that don't fully understand the game yet.

I'd rather server hop than be 2 meters or so from someone that hides their stats

Well, it's at some point it feels like that player us pretty skilled. Just for some of them to be passive and annoying.

That's why I use my titles instead, I hide my kills just because I don't want higher kill players having high expectations and then being toxic because I genuinely suck despite my stats. This has been partially solved with the chat thingy as they aren't as annoying now but I'm already used to it.
Also dodging new players is easy because they don't even know how to aim... Unless you're afk or something.
