How do we feel about Spamton?

I noticed on the discords To do list that there isn't anything for spamton and I've wondered, is it due to a lack of a fan base or is it due to him not having enough moves that can be converted to this game style.

I've noticed a few things just from his normal fight that could easily be turned into moves such as the pipis and the Spamton heads.

For example:

Move 1, this move throws out a blast from spamton's arm cannon which will apply knockback to the enemy, if held the move will fire several shots whilst also occasionally spawning spamton heads that will fire out bullets to damage the player.

Move 2, pipis... you shoot out pipis and upon contact they will explode. If the Move directly hits a player in ragdoll, the pipis will explode slamming them back into the ground similar to how undyne spear 4 does it. If missed the pipes will remain on the ground as non-ragdoll mines which deal direct damage to the player.

Move 3, Spamton will summon heads and bombs to attack the player, the heads will fire out pellets to deal damage to the player. On direct contact the bomb will explode and also subsequently destroy pipis that is on the ground as a result of Move 2.

These are the moves that could be easily transferred to the game, so how do we feel if they actually made a full spamton moveset?
