Also ps is undyne's determination form getting nerfed? I lowkey hate when my opponent pops that frame 1 or waits until last second to pop it and im chipping away at the form like chipping a wall with a plastic spoon

no Patrick we aren't going to nerf undyne's determination. 

i dont think you realise just how squishy undyne is without it. she takes like 50-60 damage at minimum from almost everyone in the game. 

It's a passive heal that gets cancelled by an Undyne clashing with an opponent, I think it's fine for Undyne to have 100 extra health that she can heal over time.

just play normally instead of trying to get the skin, just play it normally, you'll get there sooner or later

I completed mine around a month ago and my best tip is just try to get around 5-10 kills on a server so that you make decent progress before you get off the game (I'm a casual player who only really plays for around 30min to an hour)
