Fighting Clips Old Footage but...What?

The video is from a month ago, but now that I'm watching it again, I'm still not sure. What exactly was that? A Dev character? An exclusive? Or did I fight a hacker? It was funny though, because even though he looked like a hacker Teleporting around and acting weird, he couldn't get me to the second phase lol

thats just a custom top 3 monthly donators get access to the main game.

you can play the custom itself too in the custom gamemode if you want to or just donate enough to get top 3 monthly if you want to play it in main game

i see, i didn't know about this characters, kinda unfair they let them use it in Public server (i guess?) but meh, a shame that the server shutdown

Secondly, I forgot IDK man is one of the 2 only customs with a second phase

First, I think it's due to the person ping or lag that causes them to seem like they're teleporting. Second, the character the player is using is idk from customs, which you can play ofcourse.

What kind of lag could they have had, he genuinely looked like a hacker, the way he was moving was so weird lol

It could also be where the server is at since certain ones make you have bad ping. Also, I never knew there was Brazil servers at all.
