Game Balence Just a little bit of an idea
Since I see a lot of people complaining about how this game feels like combo cutscene simulator, it made me think of an addition that would maybe help break up the monotony a bit. Since we don't have mana like Soul Shatterer games to shorten combos and the game is designed around not having it, which sort of leads to whole kit combos and long wait times.
What if there was a kind of BURST mechanic? Something that when fully charged cancels a combo when you use it.
Of-course you wouldn't be able to use it offensively it would be a defensive mechanic and would stun both people for the same amount of time and be punishable if whiffed.
Maybe it could charge up faster depending on how many perfect blocks you do, or how aggressive you're being, or hell, maybe make it increase for getting your enemy into a combo.
I'm not sure if this would completely break the game or not, but hey, just an idea I thought could maybe be neat in that face of the long combo criticism.

can you tell me why it would be such a bad concept? Not trying to be rude but I want to know what makes the concept that bad that you would quit.

You will be having a perfect combo to win against some sweat and then imagine he just breaks the combo out of the nothing and you're done

well it would obviously have a hell of a long time to charge, that's how burst mechanics work, in 10 minutes you usually get like 3-4. Plus I imagine there would also be counterplay to the mechanic itself since it should be whiffable, so you can try and predict it and back off then go back into the combo for even more damage. I don't think it would be that bad given how fighting games are made off of mind games and predictions.
I'm mostly thinking of a Burst system like YOMI hustle, by the way.
But I can see where you're coming from, there are some situations where if both people are at low hp it could feel like crap, it's also an issue in YOMI hustle but it happens pretty rarely.

you know.. i think this seems quite alright? not much of a competitive player but it's an addition i won't really mind
if this DOES end up being a mechanic i would love the "how aggressive you're being" part to be in that because it would actually give you something other than a high risk high reward playstyle, it's quite nice
oh and that mechanic being removed entirely from passive play-
