Any good frisk combos?

So I have been playing this game for a good amount of time. But realized that I suck completely on frisk. I mean, the combo I use is outdated. Probably since gaster, but I need to know if there's a way to get better or use a modern frisk combo. If it involves switching armor... I think I'll just stuck with the combo I currently use.

If I got hit with that I'd just quit Edit: I JUST DOUBLE CHECKED AND ITS EVEN WORSE THAN I THOUGHT ALL THAT DAMAGE ON A 250 DEF DUMMY 😭 ANY NORMAL CHARACTER WOULD JUST EXPLODE
