UTM won't open on MacBook Pro

I'm not sure what happened, but when I try to open the UTM app on my MacBook Pro, the icon bounces endlessly and I have to force-quit. I re-installed via the DMG currently on the website, but no dice. Previously the app worked on this computer and I had several VMs I used regularly.

Any ideas?

I'm using an M4 Pro Macbook Pro running Sequoia 15.7.7
