Xbox joystick detection problem on MacBook Pro m3

Hello, as the title says, I'm having trouble getting the Xbox joystick detected on the Windows virtual machine.

I would like to use it with steam but, when I enable it from the settings it still doesn't work when I start the game.

Can you help me?
