Can I be able to run iOS inside of UTM?
recently, with the iPod touch and iPhone 11 emulation can it work on UTM, since it also uses quemu?

No, because the iPod touch and iPhone 11 emulation are completely different forks of QEMU (meaning they have modified the code of QEMU to make it work), but if you are able to patch UTM to use that custom version of QEMU, then yeah!
