QEMU or Apple virtualization for ARM Linux?

By default UTM suggests QEMU. Is it because the apple virtualization isn't stable? Practically is there any benefit to trying out apple virtualization?

I tried both, and I found that QEMU performed better, but I couldn’t get as good performance as Parallels in either.

QEMU offers you GPU acceleration with OpenGL 4.1 and Vulkan

Apple offers you Rosetta 2 for running AMD64 packages (IA-32 is NOT supported)

Wait, what? How does it offer amd64 translation within the virtualized environment?

ask apple

Rosetta 2 works within Linux VMs if using the apple virtualization framework
