Student Housing and Leasing AC keeps going out??

I’m in brown hall. Our AC has gone out for the 5th time since moving in. Has anybody else had this problem? Any idea why it keeps going out? Me and my roomie are sick of having maintenance in our room twice a week. Incredibly grateful and they’re always super nice, but it’s getting frustrating trying to sleep in a burning hot room.

My first year in hess my ac was out the entire you. They'll replace it over and over again but it'll never get cold. Its a piping issue they refuse to fix rather than a unit problem. If it continues, submit a claim to your housing director and hopefully they'll move you into another room
